Labour is inclusive on both.
Should you have a situation where the fountain stops working, you would need to notify us and complete an RMA (Returned Merchandise Authorisation form - which we will send you).
We would then organise for the collection of the faulty unit which would be sent back to our warehouse for assessment by our on-site engineer for fixing or replacement.
