Damages/Shortages

Chocolate Customers - Callebaut & Belcolade

We hope that our deliveries are received undamaged and the orders are complete. However, we realise damages to goods do occasionally occur whilst in transit with our external carriers. 

In order to ensure that you receive the appropriate credit note in a timely manner and we are able to claim from our carrier, we would like to re-iterate our policy regarding the issuing of credit notes for shortages and damaged deliveries.

We will require proof of all damages of deliveries, which have occurred in transit to you. We must be made aware of damages within 72 hours either through a phone call or email from you or your company and then proof of the damage will be needed in order for us to claim from the transport company we have used.  You will need to email photos to  bryden@chocolatefalls.co.uk  

If we are not made aware of any damages or shortages within 72 hours a credit note will not be issued. 

Please note that all damaged goods must also be made available for us to collect if necessary.
